Leader’s Intensive

Join pre-eminent innovation thought leader Andrea Kates and faculty for this hands-on live online training. Over the course of 6 sessions this course will guide you through the Get To Next process of bringing your work from any stage of development to the finish line at scale.

You will learn how to apply the Get To Next modules Envision, Expand, Build, Engage, and Activate.

You will receive all materials needed to apply the process to all current and future projects. You will be guided to implement a project over the course of the workshop and finish with a comprehensive action plan to build your initiative more boldly, and with the support you’ll need to bring it to scale.

Andrea Kates has reframed traditional thinking with a focus on what’s kept us stuck and what really works to make innovation real. The methodology is designed for an environment of accelerated change and weaves together profit, platform and purpose as metrics for success.
