Challenge: Enrollment was not growing fast enough.

Length of initial engagement: 6 months for Phase One.

Insights: Identified key drivers related to enrollment. Expanded the perception of the “competitive set” to include private/corporate alternatives. Helped to coordinate the processes that drive retention.

Results: Alignment of processes to streamline staff accountability related to enrollment and retention. Innovative pilot programs, with associated metrics, built to aggressively build programs for the coming decade.
