From healthcare to hospitality, in both
business-to-business and consumer/retail arenas, Andrea has been the
principal in charge of many Fortune 500
Company accounts and has led smaller firms through expansion stages to achieve
hyper-growth. Her client list includes: American General Life (Process Improvement),
JPMorgan Chase (Product Portfolio Expansion), XO Communications and
Cingular (Market Expansion and Profitability), KPMG (Market
Expansion Strategy), Memorial Hermann Healthcare System (Customer-Centric Initiative—Priorities
for Top-Line Growth) and Hewlett Packard
(strategic growth.) She has also
worked with public, non-profit and government entities (e.g., Susan G.
Komen Foundation) and smaller companies to align management strategies
with market and customer opportunities.
On an international basis, Andrea was the
principal in charge of a multi-year project for Royal Dutch Shell
that implemented customer satisfaction metrics in Asia/Pacific and
Europe, with an emphasis on Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Melbourne, London, and the
Ann Arbor and
Executive MBA Program.
